The life she was always meant to live.

A bittersweet return home has Alice questioning everything she knew growing up. She still hurt from being disowned by her father, and the painful confrontation with him re-opens old wounds. His illness means she doesn’t have much time left to mend whatever is left of their relationship.

But things get even more complicated when two childhood friends (who are now grown men) compete for her affections. When she finally thinks she has a grasp on what’s going on, Alice has to face the reality that her father’s illness isn’t an accident, and the cause may be closer than she can imagine!
